Over 20 years’ experience in the waste sector, working primarily for international engineering companies on mechanical recycling and waste to energy technologies, as complex technical sales that involved developing the full business case for projects and focused heavily on RDF / SRF pelletisation as well as bio-renewables (i.e. AD and biomass).

Tom is an engineer by background, who has worked at Board level (CEO, NED, VC) with a number of high growth businesses from funding through to exit. Five years a partner of venture capitalist MTI, he has extensive experience of fund raising and producing venture returns in growth businesses. His interest is in technology and sustainable businesses that deliver long term “triple bottom line” benefits to a wide group of stakeholders.
